We would like for you to create solution for as the name of the project says a “Cellular Router” using 2 modules a GSM/3G/4G(optional) module that connects with a Wi-Fi module and provide internet for it so that the users connected to the network get internet access. The "router" needs to designs in the way of a module so that can be accessed to send information via the UART to send data from sensors connected to it. I have a experince for ODIN-W160 by produced u-blox. I built new device for my company. Device had 2 modules; ODINW160 and CC2530 (for support ZigBee). Making multi communication for peripheral devices (or sensors.) Using UART for Bluetooth and using SPI for Wireless.

I have done projects as complex as your requested intended target, with longer schedules and resources. My priority is to satisfy the stated goals, however I would like to receive more information: * What and how many sensors are expected, communication speed, scan rate, etc. * What are the expected deliverables? (Schematics, PCB and / or firmware).
