Currently we are using a hand wired board to hold 4 sockets and connect them to wires that are attached to an A/D board. We need someone to layout a simple board to hold four (4) 4x2 90° thru hole sockets and run traces to a on-board 10V regulated power supply and signal lines to a serial of holes that wires can be soldered into which connect to terminals on a commerical USB A/D board. It's really simple. Most of the work has already been done and is contained in the attached files. What we need is a CAD file and a BOM to send to an on-line fabricator to run 10 boards. The present system has a bunch of pull up resistors and caps for some digital I/O on the AD. These are not needed and should be removed from the schematic and the CAD. The sockets we want to use are ED58408-DN Conn IC Dip Socket 8 Pos Gold which can be sourced from Digikey (or whoever). We just want the CAD File and BOM to submit on line. A schematic and nearly completed version are attached to this submission. We'll plug the sensors into the sockets and bolt them to the PCB. The A/D board will be attached to the other side of the PCB (where there will probably be a ground plane). The sensors have signal level of 0 to 40 mV so we'd like to pick up as little noise as possible.
