Jamie & I is a women's online clothing store. We have all our orders forwarded to ShipStation, however in order to integrate with our 3PL / warehouse in the US (ShipMonk) we need to have a custom web endpoint in ShipStation created so that our 3PL can retrieve our orders. Please find below the requirements according to our 3PL partner (ShipMonk);
Unfortunately, we do not integrate with Webflow nor ShipStation, we only use the latter as an internal conduit. You'll need to have your ShipStation orders direct to a marketplace that we do partner with ([login to view URL]) or, to a custom web endpoint so we can retrieve those orders. We utilize ShipStation as the conduit for the custom web endpoint integration, their guide is what you will follow but it requires you to have an expert developer on your end to build what is needed. They'll need to complete the steps outlined in the "Build Your Web Endpoint" and then provide us with the following information:
1. Web Endpoint
2. Login & Password for Endpoint
[login to view URL]
Within the "Custom Store Reference Guide" of the ShipStation document there is a list of allowed fields and their required format. It is very important that you follow this guide when setting up your Web Endpoint or else there will be an error in the integration.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
