Hopefully this is a quick fix. I currently sell some over the counter medicines on eBay to the USA.
I have set up an Amazon account and applied to sell in this category, showing a recent invoice to show I can sell this product.
I have received this email reply from Amazon:
"Hello from Amazon Seller Support,
This is Jess from the Product Group Approvals Team. Thank you for your interest in selling Over the Counter Medication products on Amazon.
Upon review, we found that the documents that you provided do not meet our requirements. Therefore, to continue processing your request, we require alternative documents from you. Keep in mind, all documents should be in the native language of the marketplace for which you are applying.
Please provide us with one of the three documents listed below. You may reply directly to this case to provide us with the requested information. Please ensure that the documentation you submit meets the following requirements, as applicable:
Option #1 Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Manufacturer name and address Information
• Dated within the last 240 days
• Lot number and ingredients listed
• Include signature from the supplier
Option #2 Proof of FDA registration / FDA Orange Book Application Number:
• Must be a screenshot of the FDA website
• Must contain name and address of the manufacturer. If you, the seller, is the manufacturer, the name must match the business name in your Seller Central account and the address must match one of the addresses in your account.
• Must include a registration number
• Must state that the FDA registration is "Valid" in the screenshot
• If you submit an FDA orange book application number, the company name must match the Legal Business Name in Seller Central.
Option #3 Certification of Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices:
• Include the manufacturer's information
• Registration number, certification date, and expiry date.
• The expiration date must not be in the past.
Please provide us with the requested information within the next 10 days. If we do not hear from you in that time, this case will close and you will need to submit a new application.
