We are a Shopify e-commerce store that needs 1-2 people to begin assisting with customer service immediately. We have 1000 emails currently backlogged and need to get all of these responded to asap. You will be using HelpScout, Shopify, Oberlo and Skype. HelpScout has a "Saved Replied" feature which lets us quickly paste a template for some of the common inquires.
We need someone that can work straight for a long time. Because I like working with people who pay attention to details, start off your application with "Happy Birthday!"
• Responding promptly to customers via email
• Solving customer inquiries with a pleasant attitude.
• Reviewing customer orders to retrieve their tracking
• Strong english skills are necessary
• Previous experience with HelpScout, Shopify is a bonus
