I hope you're doing well. My name is Erlinda A. Hular. I have been in BPO industry for 1 year and 10 months. Within this time range, I became a customer service representative for 6 months for a well known streaming platform in the world. I am handling customer inquiries regarding their account, and our services, resolving technical and billing issues in a timely manner, and lastly, being empathetic towards customer's concerns and complaints while being professional at all times to resolve the issue, and get their overall feedback to improve our process.
For 6 months I have proved myself to the company resulting to being promoted to Subject Matter Expert. With this said, more responsibilities were added, like taking in supervisory calls and chat upon the request of customer, training and leading production team to better their knowledge about the process and tools, and also, escalating issues right away to engineers to resolve the issue in a timely and effective manner. I am also familiar with Zendesk since I used this to escalate issue to engineers and see any latest update and trends of any on going issue.
