Converting my book into Kindle format

Criteria for this Kindle Conversion project is as follows:
1. This first book is a 13,167 word book (96 pages) with an image/picture/photo on most pages.
2. There are colored headings – some blue; some gold; no black – that we want maintained on devices that support it.
3. Keep page layout – size, proportion etc. – similar to PDF version (Images may need to be shrunk to keep layout as similar to PDF as possible)
4. This is one of my 22 books; it is also the smallest book; I will also want the other here are 21 other books I will want to be converted into the Kindle format as soon as possible, so if I am pleased with your work there will be more book/projects - 21 in fact - that will be given to you.
5. On pages where there is a lot of spacing between bullets, that spacing will need to be reduced in order to display the maximum amount of text on each page.
6. On some pages there is too much spacing between paragraphs; that spacing will need to be reduced in order to display the maximum amount of text on each page.
7. On pages where there are more than one image side by side, try to keep those images intact, if at all possible.
8. Some images are diagrams, tables or charts which might need to be converted to images.
