Personal Ooty Landscape Photography

I’m putting together a private collection of large-format prints that capture Ooty’s sweeping tea estates, mist-laden valleys and quiet lakesides. This is strictly for personal enjoyment, so every frame should feel intimate and timeless—something I can hang on my wall and relive the trip through. I already have several favourite viewpoints earmarked (think Nilgiri Mountain Railway bends and secluded Toda hamlets), yet I’m also keen to explore any hidden gems you know. Your local insight into changing light, weather pockets and crowd-free vantage points will be invaluable. Here’s what I need from you: • Plan the shoot around golden or blue hours, advising on the best sequence of stops. • Photograph in RAW with a full-frame DSLR or mirrorless; a drone pass for aerial context would be a welcome bonus. • Deliver at least 20 fully edited, colour-balanced JPEGs ready for large-scale printing (4,000 px+ on the long edge) plus the untouched RAW files. • Include a short note on each location—helpful when I later caption my prints and photobook.
