I’m requesting a quote and availability for a qualified drone pilot to support an Apple Vision Pro immersive video production at the Test Track in Bryan, Texas. This is a high-precision, slow-flight immersive capture intended for executive marketing and engineering demonstrations using Apple Vision Pro. Project Overview Production Type: Apple Vision Pro immersive video (VR180 / 360 capture) Location: Test Track – Bryan, TX On-Site Duration: Approximately three (3) hours of filming Post-Production: Required Final Runtime: 4–6 minute immersive video Schedule: Date February 17th Scope of Pilot & Editing Services Requested Please quote for capture + post-production, including: Production Immersive 180° and/or 360° aerial capture Slow, stabilized flight paths suitable for immersive playback No aggressive yaw, orbiting, or rapid altitude changes Post-Production Edit a 4–6 minute immersive video optimized for Apple Vision Pro playback Basic color correction and stabilization Clean transitions suitable for immersive viewing One (1) primary edit plus up to two (2) reasonable revision rounds Final delivery in Apple Vision Pro–compatible format (HEVC / immersive) Equipment & Experience Requirements Please confirm: Drone platform(s) you would use Experience flying with 360° or immersive camera payloads Editing experience with VR180 / 360 immersive video Any prior Apple Vision Pro, immersive, or spatial video projects (links encouraged) Familiarity with motion constraints required to prevent viewer discomfort Deliverables Final 4–6 minute immersive video ready for Apple Vision Pro Organized project files or source media upon request Delivery via SSD or secure upload, as directed Please Include in Your Quote All-in pricing for filming + editing (based on ~3 hours on site) Any travel or mobilization costs (if applicable) Confirmation of availability window Proof of insurance (COI) Brief summary of relevant immersive / Vision Pro experience Drone platform must be non-Chinese manufactured Blue UAS–approved or equivalent U.S./ally-manufactured platform DJI, Autel, or other Chinese-manufactured aircraft will not be accepted Pilot must disclose aircraft make/model in the response This project is not a standard drone shoot.
