UDP simple chat app -- 2

i need a simple chat app for sending and receiving text in byte array using single socket it must have to fast and send and receive 300kb data in 1 sec ( internet speed 2.5 mbps )

1. send and receive data using same socket

2. send and receive data in byte array

3. both client will be in diffrent network ( means for global network behind NAT)

4. stable connection so we can send and receive continuosly

5. send and receive communication between 2 clients only not multicast i can send data to specific clients

6. multi tasking show online clients in chat window and we can select client and send text

note : bid if you have already done server client application before, i need this app done in 6 hours max
