Sitecore Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sitecore Expert to join our team on a monthly basis. As a Sitecore Expert, your primary responsibility will be to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and development for our Sitecore-based websites.
Responsibilities:
Sitecore Development: Collaborate with our development team to enhance, customize, and extend the functionality of our Sitecore websites. This includes creating new templates, components, and modules, as well as integrating third-party systems and APIs.
Sitecore Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize Sitecore instances to ensure optimal performance and scalability. This includes setting up content authoring workflows, personalization rules, and search functionality.
Sitecore Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrading, and monitoring Sitecore installations to ensure stability and security. Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise.
Content Management: Assist content authors in managing and organizing content within Sitecore. Train and guide them on best practices for utilizing Sitecore's content management features effectively.
Sitecore Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Sitecore's analytics and reporting capabilities to gather insights on user behavior, content performance, and campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize user experience and drive business goals.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document customizations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to maintain a knowledge base for future reference. Share knowledge and provide training to other team members on Sitecore best practices and new features.
Requirements:
Expertise in Sitecore: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, including Sitecore 9.x or later versions. Proficiency in developing and customizing Sitecore components, templates, and pipelines.
ASP.NET Development: Strong understanding of ASP.NET MVC framework and C# programming language. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Sitecore Certification: Sitecore certification(s) is highly preferred, demonstrating your proficiency and expertise in Sitecore development and implementation.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions within the Sitecore environment. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content authors.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
