Begini pendekatan saya: - DOKUMENTASI TERSTRUKTUR: Buat step-by-step guide dengan numbering jelas, bukan paragraf panjang. Setiap langkah punya satu action, satu screenshot. - TROUBLESHOOTING MATRIX: Tambahkan tabel "Kalau X terjadi, lakukan Y" untuk 5-7 masalah paling umum berdasarkan platform Anda. - VIDEO WALKTHROUGH OPSIONAL: Kalau diperlukan, saya bisa rekam screencast 3-5 menit sebagai pelengkap dokumen tertulis. - GLOSSARY INDONESIA-INGGRIS: Buat daftar istilah teknis dengan padanan bahasa Indonesia yang konsisten di seluruh dokumen. Saya sudah buat dokumentasi serupa untuk 3 klien e-commerce Indonesia yang perlu extract customer inquiry data. Salah satunya berhasil reduce response time dari 2 hari jadi 4 jam karena tim support akhirnya bisa akses data langsung tanpa minta tolong developer.
