Done this exact setup before - Pi-hole + Unbound in Docker on a NAS works great once you sort out the network mode and port conflicts. The tricky part with UGREEN specifically is getting the host networking right so Pi-hole can actually intercept DNS queries from the rest of your LAN. What I would do: set Pi-hole to use host network mode so it binds to the NAS IP directly, run Unbound as a separate container on a custom network, then point Pi-hole upstream to Unbound. Then configure your router to use the NAS IP as the DNS server for all clients. A few things I would need from you: access to the NAS UI (UGOS) and your router config panel.
