Acceptance criteria 1. A minimum of three qualified candidates per role, presented with résumés, portfolio links and brief evaluation notes. 2. A hiring plan I can follow step-by-step, including suggested interview questions specific to brand-awareness KPIs. 3. All candidate data delivered in an organised format (Google Sheet or Excel).
