Boston Conference Content Creator Needed

Looking for a local event content creator in the Boston area for my business conference in Boston Job Title: On-Site Social Media Content Creator & Casual Streamer – Boston Conference (July 22–23) Job Description: We are looking for a high-energy, Boston-based digital content creator to capture live action at our upcoming business conference on Monday, July 22nd and Tuesday, July 23rd. This is a 100-person event. We do not need a traditional corporate video production crew with heavy equipment. Instead, we want a modern, mobile-first creator who can capture casual, engaging social media stories and handle basic, single-device live streaming for our remote attendees. Key Responsibilities: Live Capture: Attend the full event both days to capture high-quality vertical video (iPhone/iPad or mirrorless setup optimized for social media). Daily Stories: Produce and post (or hand off) 3–5 engaging Instagram/LinkedIn/X stories per day showcasing panels, networking, and attendee energy. Casual Streaming: Set up and monitor a simple, casual live stream (via Zoom, YouTube Live, or Instagram Live) for 2–3 key keynote presentations using a tripod and a basic wireless mic. Wrap-Up Reel: Deliver one polished 60-second event highlight reel (vertical format) within 3 days post-event. Raw Assets: Hand over all raw footage and photos at the end of each day via Google Drive or Dropbox. Requirements: Must be local to the Greater Boston area and able to provide own transportation to the venue. Proven experience creating vertical video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for brands or corporate events. Must own your own gear (high-end smartphone, reliable mobile tripod, and a wireless lapel/rode mic for clear streaming audio). Ability to work independently, navigate a crowd, and interact professionally with corporate attendees. Project Rate & Budget: Fixed Budget: $1,500 – $2,000 (inclusive of both days on-site and post-event reel editing). Dates: July 22nd & July 23rd (Full days).
