Hello, Saya berpikir untuk menetapkan data dalam format apa adanya, dalam Google Sheet atau Tally. Kita siap membuat bridging atau interface antara software POS dengan kedua database tersebut. Sehingga tdk diperlukan perombakan besar2an, terutama bila system yang sekarang secara operational cukup stabil, namun mungkin ada kendala di synchronisasi antar software POS Dan kedua database tsb. Sehingga kemungkinan hanya diperlukan interface yang mensinkronisasi semua database tanpa mengkonversi ke format yang sama sekali baru. Bahkan dengan sinkronisasi tersebut bisa digunakan untuk mengembangkan interface yang independent di antara masing2 cabang. Bagaimana pendapat bapak/bila solusi tersebut dikembangkan? Mari kita diskusikan kalau bapak berkenan. Btw, bridging ini bisa memanfaarkan XML atau API yang dikemas dalam aplikasi independent. Permasalahan utama adalah sistem terkadang menukan uplikasi data. Hal ini bisa diatasi dengan penambahan field dalan system tambahan berupa unique ID yang dengan panjang yang disesuaikan sehingga tidak membebani system. Hi, one system where a sale at any branch drops that recipe's stock and posts to Tally with nobody retyping it. Branch sync is where these break. How I would build it: POS writes to one cloud DB, a BOM table so every menu item eats its raw materials on sale, then a queued push of sales and purchase vouchers into Tally keyed so a retry can't double post. How we would do it: recipes as a BOM so each sale drops raw stock, opname and waste as separate entries so variance shows, branch transfers as paired documents, then a scheduled job posting invoices and purchases into Tally over its XML gateway.
