SQL CRM, Tracker & PDF Invoices

I want a straightforward CRM built on Microsoft SQL Server that lets me do three things seamlessly: • Store and manage all customer details in a structured database. • Push each customer’s name (and any relevant fields you recommend) into a live spreadsheet where I can monitor customer follow-ups and task completion at a glance. • Generate clean, branded invoices in PDF format directly from that same data set, so I never have to re-enter information. The spreadsheet view should update automatically when a record is added or edited, and any progress I record there must sync back to the database so nothing falls out of step. I’m open to using Excel, Google Sheets or another front-end you suggest, as long as it talks smoothly to SQL Server. Acceptance criteria 1. SQL Server schema delivered with clear table relationships, constraints and a brief setup script. 2. A working spreadsheet (or comparable grid interface) that pulls live data, lets me tick off customer follow-ups and tasks, and writes those updates back. 3. One-click PDF invoice generation, pulling customer info and line items from the database. 4. Short hand-off guide so I can add new fields or tweak the invoice template later.
