Hello, I'm looking for somebody to help me organize and streamline operations for my call center team. This person should know management strategies and have been a tele-marketer in the past. I'm looking for somebody with KPI and QC auditing experience.
1) Help create, monitor, and review Zoho reports
2) Distribute leads based off closing ratios
3) Build excel formulas and pull data from different reports
4) QC phone calls and paperwork
5) Following up on pending documents from leads
5) VA tasks
