TimescaleDB expert needed with setting up a database, queue and archiving in DigitalOcean

I'm looking to set up a new TimescaleDb database in DigitalOcean that can write tens of thousands of writes per second from multiple sources and needs to be highly available. Specifically, I need help with: - Setting up a TimescaleDb database on Ubuntu 18 that uses DigitalOcean Block Storage - Setting up a messaging queue to write incoming data. I’ll be expecting tens of thousands of points per second from multiple sources. Looking for some advice here as well around how to best do this - should we use a web server linked to a messaging queue in order to write points from different sources? - Setting up an automatic archiving process to move data older than 1 month into cheaper storage (DigitalOcean Spaces). And a plan for how this could be accessed in future.
