Oracle ReSA Training & Support

My current Oracle Retail rollout has reached the point where ReSA must be integrated cleanly with RMS, monitored around the clock, and kept in sync with daily store data. I already have the core software in place; what I need now is guided, hands-on know-how so I can run the platform confidently without relying on vendor support. Focus areas • Integration and batch-job monitoring – walking through the RIB/RFI/POM flows that pass data between RMS and ReSA, spotting trouble early in the log files, and recovering failed jobs fast. • Configuration knowledge transfer – explaining why each parameter, rollup, realm and join matters, then showing the safest way to adjust them in production. • RMS mapping challenges – demystifying the configuration rules that align ReSA’s tables with RMS so data lands where it should. • Real-world support scenarios – sharing the playbooks you’ve used for transaction auditing, reconciliation and Store Day close, complete with sample Oracle SQL queries for data validation. Expected deliverables 1. A set of live screen-share sessions (recordings included) that cover the topics above in depth. 2. A concise reference guide summarising key setup steps, common batch failures and their resolutions. 3. Sample SQL scripts and log-review tips I can reuse during nightly cycles. 4. Ongoing Q&A support (chat or email) for follow-up questions that surface as I put the lessons into practice. Acceptance criteria I will consider the engagement successful once I can: • Configure a new realm or rollup unaided, • Map a fresh RMS feed and see it post through RIB to ReSA, • Detect and clear a failed batch cycle, and • Reconcile a day’s POS data end-to-end without external help.
