Hi, Once this segmentation model is live, the thing that'll actually worry you is whether it holds up when 2014+ data comes in with different growth patterns than the 2006-2013 window it was trained on. I'd build in a check for that so the model doesn't quietly go stale on you. For the build itself, I'll pull the agency, product line, and quote-system data together, compute the growth rates and hit ratios you listed, and roll everything up to agency, state, and year. Then I'll test a few binning approaches on the continuous variables and pick whichever holds up best for segmentation, before building the four charts plus a couple more that make sense once I see the retention and hit ratio patterns. I've done this kind of agent performance segmentation before, and the retention ratio breakdown is usually where the real story is. One question: do you want the visualizations in a dashboard tool like Tableau or Power BI, or is a report format fine? That changes how I build the last piece. I can have this done in a day.
