Plot Publishers on Flourish Map by Congressional District

I already have a Flourish template that shows current U.S. congressional districts. What I need now is for every Hispanic newspaper publisher on my city-and-state list to appear on that same map as simple point markers. No demographic layers or interactive filters are required; a clean, static overlay is perfect. You can either geocode from the city/state information I supply or work with any service you prefer, then import the latitude-longitude coordinates into Flourish and align them to the district layer already in place. When you’re done, I should be able to open the Flourish project and immediately see which publishers fall inside each district so I can match publications to legislators at a glance.
