I need a clean, repeatable MIS framework that translates raw employee-performance data into clear, decision-ready insights. The data set covers everything from daily log-ins through to quarterly appraisal scores, and I want to see it modelled in a way that lets me drill down to individual teams or zoom out for management summaries. At minimum the solution should: • accept our existing CSV exports (and an eventual direct database connection) • produce automated weekly and monthly reports focused on employee performance • highlight trends, outliers and any compliance breaches • be easy for HR to refresh without writing code While the core is employee performance, I’m open to tracking additional metrics such as Attendance, Task completion rates or Customer feedback if you think they add insight—feel free to advise. Preferred stack is flexible; Excel-Power Query, Power BI or Tableau all work for me as long as the final deliverable is well-documented and can be handed over seamlessly.
