Excel Descriptive Stats Analysis

I need help with performing statistical analysis on data organized in a single Excel sheet. Descriptive: - Calculate Mean, Median, Standard Deviation, Variance, and Frequency Counts - Analyze data across multiple columns with different data sets Main task: -compare each of the three columns labelled “ placental end”, “ mean” and “ free loop” for every row and test for significance using appropriate test - create tables and figures as needed - output should be using one of the recognized statistical software such as SPSA Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in Excel - Strong statistical analysis skills - Experience with handling and analyzing MEDICAL data -Experience in using statistical softwares as SPSS
