I am a Quickbooks Online Pro-advisor in Australia and am in need of somebody to create me a detailed template BANK RULES to greatly improve effficiency and automation in the data processing of bank transactions.
Ideally I want somebody who has an understanding of accounting principles Australian tax principles (or can research it with the ATO website)
- knowledge of Quickbooks and how the Bank Rules interact in the system,
- can google search Australian mainstream business's to develop detailed patterns that tie them to heads of expenses.
I have a foundation of Rules that you can start with but want to take this resource to the next level! I want to create template for lots of different industries, e.g. Motor Mechanic, Coffee Shops, Bakery, landscaper, and a fairly detailed generic one that can be applied across a large range of clients.
If you don't know how to create bank rules there are videos available to learn! It's not hard at all!
