ArcGIS Rainfall Mapping Sri Lanka Pls BID only Sri Lankan -- 2

I have a cleaned set of monthly-average rainfall figures for the entire island and need them visualised in ArcGIS Pro. The job is to import the tables, geocode or join them to the correct administrative boundaries, apply meaningful symbology, and generate a series of ready-to-print layouts (A3 PDF) as well as the fully editable .aprx project with all layer files. Scope • Build or update a file-geodatabase that stores the rainfall data by district or station. • Choose and document an appropriate interpolation method (e.g., IDW or kriging) for continuous surface maps, then clip to the Sri Lankan boundary. • Produce at least two map styles: a choropleth of monthly means and an interpolated raster surface, each with scale bar, legend, north arrow, and metadata. • Deliver the map layouts, the raster/feature layers, and brief notes on the processing steps so I can reproduce the workflow later. Constraints & timeline All work must be completed inside ArcGIS Pro (no QGIS substitutions) and handed over within four weeks of contract start. Because familiarity with local geography and rainfall patterns is essential, I will only consider freelancers based in Sri Lanka. Acceptance The project is finished when I can open the .aprx, see the correctly symbolised layers, export the supplied layouts without broken links, and confirm the rainfall values match the source table at three random points.
