Data pre-processing for PHP code repair using RNN

Job Description:
I need to make a Recurrent Neural Networks(RNN) model to make code repair for PHP language.
I have some examples (vulnerable examples and fixes examples).
For testing the model, the input will be a vulnerable code and the expected output is the fixed code.
I need someone with experience in RNN and data pre-processing to help me and give me hints in hoe to prepare the data and train it.
I will use python(tensor-flow and keras)
