(seasonal trends, daily tends, weekday/weekend trends patterns)

3-5 minutes - Based on the analysis you had completed, provide some examples of possible recommendations on processes, practices or guidelines?
***I have attached a spreadsheet of four years of contact center data for you to analyze. Identify any patterns or trends whether yearly, monthly, weekly or daily, however you decide. Please provide us graphs or tables of this analysis within your presentation. You may seek out any available resources to assist you in completing your analysis and presentation, however we do ask that your work is your own.
