Need a Quickbooks certified accountant to perform initial Quickbook setup for new small business start up.
We will be using Quickbooks for Mac 2012.
Mac users preferred (may be required)
Certification is Quickbooks is preferred
5 years experience in accounting and Quickbooks
Must speak and read and write excellent in English
Must use Dropbox. Accounting file for Quickbooks will be shared from Dropbox.
First consideration is giving to bidders who respond with personalized offers and proof of work history. Copy and paste generic emails will be deleted.
Must provide prior work examples. An attached document with clickable links are preferred.
Project may lead into part time accountant for company.
Tasks will include the following:
Chart of Accounts. Setting this up includes deciding what income and expense accounts you will use, what assets the business currently owns and what debts have been incurred as of the start date of your Quickbooks file.

Create an service income account and an expense account.
Cost of Goods Sold
Cost of Goods or Services Sold is an account used for any costs that are directly applicable to the production of our service.
Enter any assets your business owns into Quickbooks. If you use the depreciation tracking feature Quickbooks will create a line item attached to your asset that keeps track of your annual depreciation entries.
