I have a very basic excel spreadsheet that helps me count my inventory in several locations. The various locations just have columns that we edit. Someone helped me build some macro buttons that add and subtract to the various sheet counts. I just need to add 4-5 sheets to the spreadsheet (add additional locations with the same functionality as the original ones). Also, I just need to make some minor alterations to the macro buttons (size / what they say on them), etc. That's it!
