I need a custom excel document to update a series of pages from a central catalogue page. The core of the task is to make the other pages dynamic so if new part numbers are added to ‘Product List’ Page ‘The full part number list’ will automatically update. A Description of the dynamic update tasks are listed on each of the pages necessary. The only pages need to be included in the automatic update are ‘The Full Product List’ and ‘Labels’.
A working example of the spread sheet with a selection of part numbers will need to be sent through for analysis and approval. After this the completed spread sheet will need to be submitted before full milestone payment will be transferred.
If a bidder has a more efficient database idea that could also be suitable using a different program I am open to bids that may use a different program or system, these will be assessed on their price and benefits over using excel.
- Must be dynamic so as we add new part number the other pages update automatically
- Sample file must be sent through for testing before completed file
- Completed file or system must be sent through before milestone payment is release
- Another program or system can be used (this may mean a higher bid price if the system is better or more convenient)
