Data mining, entry, cleansing & cross referencing on Excel

We have a significant spreadsheet with over 3000 rows and approx 48 columns. We have a substantial database with data that we believe is approx 99.9% accurate, though we need to add to this, by data mining, cross referencing and searching for new and updated information to add more detail and to make the new master spreadsheet at least 99.99% (preferably 100%) Basically, all you need to do is obtain, though a number of different means, a huge amount of data regarding the automotive industry, all of which is either provided by us, or readily available on sites such as [login to view URL] We are splitting this business into increments of 100 rows x 48 columns of information (example attached) and therefore will be awarding the project to multiple Freelancers. We will be offering ongoing work, but you should note that for the initial trial and first phase, we wil only be awarding 100 rows per user maximum. We are happy to pay 50% after half the work is completed and 50% on full completion. We will be awarding discretionary bonuses for accuracy levels of 100%. We will not pay for poor accuracy or incomplete information (though we do understand that some information may not always be available - where out of date or not published - etc) Some cars will be easier than others - for example we have listed "AC" cars that are not very well known, but we wanted to paint the worst kind of case senario. Although we will make every effort to try and balance the cars so there is an equal spread of old, new, popular and rare, it will be luck of the draw what 100 cars you get to complete and some will be much, much easier than others. We have posted an example of what you will need to complete. You do not need to complete this - it is for information only, to allow you to fully understand the project. Ideal candidate should have: - excellent attention to detail - be able to communicate well in good English - work to tight timescales - be reliable, trustworthy and honest - an understanding and knowledge of cars would be a bonus PLEASE DON'T BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB.
