Experienced data entry expert required to enter freight invoices from PDF format into Excel template.
Invoices are received every day, and the candidate must forward files of all invoices received and
keyed as per strict weekly timelines.
Quality system is required to ensure that errors are reduced and improvements achieved.
Confidentiality of data and information is imperative.
This position was recently posted, however we needed to activate other positive business initiatives and therefore a delay was required.
Requirement to work closely to develop Standard Operating Procedures and streamline Data Schemas.
Turnaround completely up-to-date invoice file every week
This is an ongoing role and successful candidate should be available for contact for a minimum of 4 normal business hours Australian Eastern time via Skype.
Must communicate fluently in English.
Higher hourly rate available if candidate can prove competence.
Must have extensive, proven experience using Excel and Access databases
SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL
Demonstration that you have been successfully involved in the creation of systems and procedures that will ensure that QC is maintained at the highest level.
Any expertise in freight related disciplines would be highly regarded.
Whilst not specifically required for this role, any VBA, MySQL or Access skills would be highly regarded and provide an opportunity for higher pay on different tasks.
Consistency and back up support imperative.
