I need information from the following website put into an excel spreadsheet:

This website shows the 50 states of the US. Each State can be clicked on, and it will show an in-depth view of the Counties which exist within the particular State. I am interested in documenting the districts each county corresponds to.
I need someone to go through all 50 states and record the counties for each District of each State.
I have attached an example spreadsheet to this project. It shows how I'd like the information to be formatted. Each of the 50 states will have it's own tab. Each District will have it's own Column, and each county will be inputted within the appropriate column. The 50 tabs will be in alphabetical order and I have completed part of the first State (Alabama) as an example.
Please take a look at this spreadsheet. It will greatly clarify the requirements. It is quite simple and should take someone just a few hours.
