Virtual Assistant from Home - Shipping Assistant / Account payable/ receivable
The job requires that you have a landline phone connection and computer with internet access. I'm looking for at serious people for long term relationship and anyone with previous experience in providing customer service.
You would need to be working on replying email, giving quotation through email, data key in, getting documents from drivers. The person needs to work with USA Pacific time zone working hour schedule. The job is long term with the potential to help you earn money while working from home and only requires that you have a reliable a computer with internet access for cargo maps and sending the customer an invoice.
The email need to be replied instantly without any delaying. 80% of time is working with computer, and 20% of time need to communicate with drivers.
It is simple job, but you only need to do the routine jobs by using computer. The applicants need to familiar with Email, google map, Excel, Words, quickbook (optional, I can train you), Filemaker (optional, I can train you).
A professional sale teams will be in USA.
1)basic verbal communication skill

3)Previous Experience in Shipping or Call Center Type Environments
4)Able to Operate a Computer with Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
5)Must have access to a computer with internet access
