I have an AppSheet application that supports a customer-service workflow with order processing at its core. The data model is already in place, but several finishing touches are still missing and a few parts need repair so the whole experience runs smoothly from agency selection through to the WhatsApp hand-off. Here is exactly what I need done: • Set up a proper REF relationship between the Agency table and the Orders table so every order cleanly links back to its agency record. • When an agency is chosen inside a new or existing order, the mobile field must auto-populate with that agency’s default contact number—no extra prompts or external look-ups. • Restore the WhatsApp action so it fires automatically, composes the predefined message, and includes the generated PDF link. • Review and correct any broken formulas, actions, or bots; remove redundant automation; and make sure sync performance stays fast. • Deliver the app back to me fully functional, with every workflow tested end-to-end. Acceptance will be based on: selecting an agency fills the mobile number instantly, an order can be placed without errors, the WhatsApp message arrives with the right link, and no warnings appear in AppSheet’s analyzer. This is a completion task, not a redesign, so please avoid adding features or restructuring tables. I prefer a single fixed-price milestone, payable once the updated build passes my checks.
