Custom PD/DR Funding Report

I need an end-to-end Databricks solution that produces a “Funded Program” report for Accounting. For every PD and DR sales order the report must display its FMMEASURE, Budget Measure, and Funds Center, alongside the key financial measures Revenue, Quantity Sold, and Cost. Core data sources are ZTQMD015, VBAK, KNA1, and PRPS. [login to view URL] will carry the Funds Center, while FMMEASURE may be either the highest-level WBS or the execution WBS, depending on the order type. Because sales orders live in VBAK, you will need to add a custom field in the model so the order number ties cleanly to the WBS element. Customer details come from KNA1. Feel free to add any other reference tables you find useful. My preferred output is a Databricks notebook that: • ingests the SAP tables (via JDBC, ODBC, or flat file, whichever is faster to implement); • models the joins so each sales order rolls up to the correct FMMEASURE and Funds Center; • calculates Revenue, Quantity Sold, and Cost; • presents the results through Databricks built-in visualizations (charts, filters, and downloadable view); • optionally exports the final dataset to Excel for our auditors. Acceptance criteria • All PD and DR orders display the three measures plus Funds Center correctly. • Interactive dashboard loads in <10 s on our typical month-end volume. • Notebook is parameterised for posting date range. • Code is fully documented so our internal team can maintain it.
