Spare parts consumption Forecast

Job Description:
I need to ferecast the consumption of spare parts that are used in maintenance (screws, fuses, etc).
The file in csv contains the consumption of the various spare parts in the last four years. While some parts have a regular use, others have a very sporadic consumption.
The list contains 82000 output records from 6444 references since 2018.
The file contains the following 5 columns:
• Code: Spare part code
• Buffer_qty: Minimum quantity to have in stock before placing a new order
• Min_reaorder: Minimum quantity of the lot to be reordered
• Qty_out: Quantity out of stock
• Date_out: date when out of stock
The work consists in a first phase of forecasting the usage of each of the references for the next 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
In a second phase, the same forecasting in a buying perspective considering the minimum lot to be bought and the minimum stock.
