My workshop burned down and every record of what was inside went with it. I have already taken roughly 750 photos of the price tags for the tools and loose stock from a local store, but the images are in no particular order. What I need now is a clean, organised Microsoft Excel file that lists, line-by-line: • the product code (as shown on the tool, tag or packaging) • a clear product description • the price that was on the shelf label (visible in some shots or noted on attached stickers) • today’s most up-to-date market price for the same item (verified through the manufacturer’s or major retailer’s current listing) You are free to design the sheet’s layout so long as it is logical and sortable; I simply want to be able to filter by category, price or code later. If an item appears more than once in the photo batch, just consolidate the quantities in one row rather than repeating it. The first milestone is to process the entire set of 750 photos. Once that is complete and the format feels right, I’d like to keep you on for additional batches as more boxes are recovered, so efficiency and clear notation now will save us both time later. A strong eye for detail, solid product-price research skills and confidence working in Excel are critical. If any photo is too blurry to confirm details, please flag it in a notes column so I can retake or clarify. Deliverable: the finished Excel workbook plus any supporting source links you used for price verification. All these photos are currently uploaded to a google drive

Hello, I got that you need 750 product photos processed into a clean, sortable Excel inventory containing product codes, descriptions, shelf prices, consolidated quantities, and current verified market prices with supporting source links. This is what I can help you with, let's chat. My approach is to review the Google Drive images systematically, extract product details and shelf prices, consolidate duplicate items, and flag any unclear or unreadable photos for clarification. I will structure the workbook with filters, categories, notes, quantities, and separate source fields, then verify current pricing against manufacturer or major retailer listings and record the corresponding links. As final deliverables you will receive the completed Excel workbook, consolidated product inventory, shelf and current market prices, quantity totals, flagged-image notes, and supporting price-verification links. I will share a clear project blueprint within 24–48 hours of award covering the processing workflow, Excel structure, verification method, and quality-control process. One thing I'd like to confirm before we start: will you provide the Google Drive folder with viewing/download access to all 750 photos? Let's discuss the folder structure and sample images so I can confirm the workflow. Best Regards, Imran

Hi there,I’m sorry for what happened to your workshop I can go through the 750 photos, extract the product codes, descriptions, shelf prices and identifiable details, consolidate duplicate items, and organize everything into a sortable Excel workbook. For the current market price, I’ll verify the same product through manufacturer websites or major retailers and include the supporting source link. Any unclear or blurry item will be flagged in a notes column rather than guessed. I’ll also keep the workbook structured so additional batches can be added later without changing the format. Since the photos are currently in Google Drive, you can share the folder with me once we agree on the scope. I can then review a sample batch first and confirm the exact workflow before processing all 750 photos. Best regards, Ross Carter

I’ve processed 750+ photo inventories before, so this is right in my wheelhouse. I’ll extract product codes, descriptions, and prices from the Google Drive photos, consolidate duplicates, and verify current market prices via manufacturer/retailer sites. The Excel will have sortable columns for category, price, and code, with a notes column for unclear images. I’ll validate each entry and document sources. I can outline timeline and milestones after reviewing the dataset. Thanks, Andrii.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear about the workshop loss. I can help turn the 750 photos into a clean, searchable Excel inventory while keeping the process organised and traceable. I’ll review the images carefully and create one consolidated row per product, including product code, clear description, shelf/tag price, current market price, quantity, and notes. Duplicate appearances will be consolidated, while unclear or unreadable photos will be clearly flagged for your review rather than guessed. For current pricing, I’ll verify the same item through manufacturer websites and reputable major retailers where available, recording the supporting source links alongside the relevant products so the figures can be checked later. I’ll structure the workbook so it can easily be filtered and sorted by code, category, price, or other fields. I can work directly from the Google Drive photo batch and provide the completed .xlsx workbook plus the supporting price-verification sources. I’m available to begin with the full batch and can establish the spreadsheet format from an initial sample before processing all 750 images.

Hi, I’m Bohdan, an AI & Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience, and I can turn this extensive photo collection into a dependable, searchable Excel inventory. I understand you need approximately 750 unordered images converted into consolidated product records containing codes, descriptions, shelf prices, current market prices, and clear notes for uncertain images. I have built data-heavy systems where accuracy, structured records, validation, and traceable source information were essential. For this project, I will review the Google Drive images systematically, identify duplicate items, consolidate quantities, research current manufacturer or major-retailer pricing, and include supporting source links alongside an intuitive sortable workbook. Blurry or incomplete images will be flagged rather than guessed, preserving the reliability of the final inventory. I will use consistent categories, formatting, filters, validation checks, and documented notation, with careful error handling and quality review before delivery. Given the volume, I will deliver the first complete working milestone within 7 days and establish an efficient format for future batches. Please provide access to the Google Drive folder and I can begin with a sample batch to confirm the layout before processing the full set. Would you prefer current market prices recorded from manufacturer listings where available, or should major Australian retailers be the primary source? Best regards, Bohdan

Hi there I can help you turn the 750+ unorganized photos into a clean, accurate, and sortable Microsoft Excel inventory file. I will carefully review each image, identify the product code from the tool, tag, or packaging, write a clear product description, capture the shelf-label/sticker price, and consolidate duplicate items into a single row with the correct quantity. I will also research the latest available market price for each identifiable item using the manufacturer’s official listing or a reputable major retailer, recording the source where appropriate. With my strong Excel and data-management experience, I can structure the spreadsheet with practical columns such as Product Code, Description, Category, Quantity, Shelf Price, Current Market Price, and Source/Notes, making it easy for you to sort and filter the records later. I am detail-oriented and understand the importance of accuracy in rebuilding records after a loss, and I am ready to work systematically through the entire photo batch. I hope to hear from you and to be allowed to present myself. Thank you

Hi, Serdar here from The Colony⚡ Sorry about the workshop — rebuilding an inventory from photos after a fire is exactly the kind of careful, traceable work I do well, and I'd treat it as such. The column that matters most here is the current market price, because that's the figure that has to hold up to scrutiny later. So I don't estimate it — every current price gets a dated link to the manufacturer's or a major retailer's live listing, matched to the exact model from the product code, so each row is defensible rather than a guess. Where a code is partial or the exact item can't be confirmed against a current listing, I flag it in the notes column with what I could and couldn't verify, rather than filling in a plausible number. Honest gaps are far more useful to you than confident guesses. I've done photo-to-spreadsheet inventory work with price research. How I'd build it: • Each of the 750 photos read for code, description and shelf price, entered line by line. • Current market price researched per item with a dated source link. • Duplicates consolidated into one row with a quantity count, as you asked. • Blurry or unreadable shots flagged in a notes column for you to retake. Sample of the first 30-40 rows for your sign-off before I run the full set. Two things worth deciding early: 1. Any category structure in mind? 2. Which market for pricing — local or a specific retailer? Thanks, Serdar.

Reading 750 unsorted tag photos is the easy half. The live market price is where it gets soft, since some codes will have no current listing or will point to a newer model, and I'd mark those rows as unverified instead of guessing. I've built classification pipelines on Claude API and OpenAI API, so I'd extract codes from the photos that way and spot-check the output. Is the shelf price printed on each tag, or only on separate stickers?

Hi there, Rebuilding inventory records after a disaster requires rigorous data organization to ensure your insurance claims and future re-ordering run smoothly without costly valuation gaps. To execute this cleanly, I will systematically extract data from all 750 Google Drive photos, cross-referencing each product code and shelf label with verified current market pricing. I will structure the Microsoft Excel workbook with logical sorting and category filters, consolidating duplicate entries while flagging any blurry images in a dedicated notes column for your review. To your question about layout and future batches, the initial spreadsheet will be built with scalable category tags so subsequent inventory drops integrate seamlessly. Confirmed: product code, clear product description, shelf label price, today's current market price, consolidated quantities, blurry photo notes column, and supporting source links. Inventory Data Consolidation, structured 500+ items from photo logs into a searchable Microsoft Excel workbook, reducing reconciliation time by 70%. The fixed price for processing the 750 photos and delivering the verified Excel workbook is $150 USD, delivered within 2 days after receiving access. If you'd like additional pages or new sections reworked beyond this, we can quote that separately. What specific product categories represent the largest share of these 750 items? Best, Daniel

Hi, one sortable Excel sheet rebuilt from 750 unsorted tag photos, with shelf price next to today's market price. Tag photos read badly, so any promise of perfect extraction is a guess. How we would build it: a vision pass over the drive folder pulling code, description and shelf price into a draft table, a manual check on every row the model scored low, then a price lookup against the manufacturer or a major retailer with its source link in its own column. Repeated codes collapse to one row with a quantity, blurry shots get flagged in the notes. One tag per shot, or several in frame? Happy to run 50 photos first so you can judge the format before the rest. Regards, Digitalizers
