A single Excel cell tops out at 32,767 characters, so any very long email thread in your folder would get cut unless I split or flag it. You asked for no truncation, so I'd rather agree on that up front. Bullets from HTML emails also come through as plain bullet characters, not real list formatting. I've built data processing pipelines in Python, so I'd script the .eml parsing rather than paste by hand. Are the messages plain text or HTML?

Those I convert deliberately: bullets stay bullets, blank lines and indents are preserved, so the cell matches the email at 100% zoom with Wrap Text on.
