Oracle Fusion WMS Implementation

I am rolling out Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS and need a senior consultant or solution architect—ideally with 8-10 years dedicated experience—to drive the full system implementation. The project centres on two modules: Inventory Management and Warehouse Management, both to be deployed in the cloud. Your role begins with blueprinting the end-to-end process flow, mapping current warehouse operations to standard Fusion functionality, and identifying any configuration gaps. I will rely on you to configure the environment, set up master data, design integrations with upstream order-capture and downstream logistics partners, and lead conference-room pilots through to user acceptance testing. Key deliverables I expect: • A fully configured Inventory and Warehouse Management instance in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligned to our agreed design • Tested integrations, conversion scripts and reconciliation reports • Cut-over plan, execution oversight and hyper-care support for go-live • Knowledge-transfer sessions and concise SOP documents so the internal team can manage day-to-day operations without external help I already have executive buy-in and a defined timeline, so I’m looking for someone who can hit the ground running, challenge assumptions, and keep the project on schedule while following Oracle recommended best practices. If you have deep Fusion WMS implementation experience, particularly in cloud deployments, I’d like to hear how you would structure the project and any similar successes you can reference.
