Looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Virtual assistant.
I need someone to help me with multiple projects for my small Real Estate company. It will include:
- Managing 2 websites
-Download pictures, upload content, helping hiring a web /Facebook page designer.
-At the same time, the virtual assistant will be in charge of helping me with my assignments for my Real Estate certificate that I am taking Online.
-Making phone calls to USA and possible Mexico and Colombia.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is a plus because 50% of my clients are of Hispanic heritage and my first language is Spanish.
-There will be many other activities assigned since I have several more projects going on and I need help with all of them.
-Will work around 40 to 50 hours per week.
-I need someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit , able to follow instructions but able to suggest ideas, suggest improvements on projects an don't just wait for me to tell him/her what to do.
If you are a great employee who follow instructions step by step but is not able to implement other tasks without any one telling you what to do , or you are not able to speak up and suggest ideas, this job is not for you.
