Statewide is a text PDF I can pull rows from, but its tiered wholesale columns (1-9 / 10-25 / 26+, ex GST) sit misaligned per row and need careful parsing. ERGOseating is worse — flattened JPEGs with no embedded fonts, so nothing's selectable; every code and description has to come out via OCR or keying before any Excel tidying starts. After that WooCommerce is straightforward. Stripping price means leaving the price field empty, which hides pricing and the cart button on standard themes without a plugin fight. I'd build one WP All Import template mapping SKU (SWH2, SW3…), title, description, category and slug, saved as a reusable import so future ranges are one upload. One thing that shapes the work: where do the product images come from? The PDFs hold no per-SKU named files, and "at least one image per SKU" needs a source.
