As a brief history on my job experiences, I just recently explored the Business Process Outsourcing Industry (BPO) for the past two years as Customer Service Specialist. I had developed over time my mastery in Data Entry, Excel, MS Word and Web research services as home based with my colleagues working as a team as sideline aside from my regular job. Before I joined BPO, all of my jobs are related to my profession as an Accountancy, making financial statements, auditing, bookkeeping and other accounting related jobs.
