Hello, my name is Nicole Vaziri and I am the founder of INSPO Travel, we are providing a fresh and modern approach to designing travel. I am looking for a superstar Virtual Assistant, someone who is highly self-motivated to work remotely and who obsesses over details, organization, creating structure and processes with a strong passion for travel. Daily task may include the following:
- Assist with and maintain our client database (insert important data)
- Keep track of to-do lists
- Responding to customer needs in a timely manner
- Assist with task related to each client
- Assist with research & planning
- Assist with itinerary development
- Assist with reservations and bookings
- Automate birthday & anniversary messages to clients
- Assist with reaching out to clients pre trip, while on the trip and after trip for feedback.
- Assist with marketing: social media and newsletters
- Follow-up calls/emails
- Create filters and rules
- Reply and file non-essential emails
- Manage customer & vendor emails
Managing Expense Tracking
- Track bookings on spreadsheet files
- Send invoices to customers when needed
- Send invoicing request to service desk for commission payments
E-Marketing and social media marketing would be a plus!
