I run a small but growing vacation-rental service and I’m taking on several new properties that are almost ready for the market. Before scaling up to full, year-round rental management, I need help handling two core tasks: First, I want every new vacation-rental unit described, photographed (images supplied by me), priced, and scheduled so the listing is ready to go live the moment I give approval. You’ll draw on my existing copy and brand voice, polish it for each home, and enter it into the channel manager I’ll provide. Second, I need a neat, searchable record of every enquiry that comes in. Whenever a traveller or owner contacts us, you’ll capture their name, email, phone (when available), the property they asked about, dates, and any notes they include. All of this goes into a shared Google Sheet so I can follow up quickly and track conversion. Because we work exclusively with vacation rentals, familiarity with short-stay guest expectations, seasonal pricing, and eye-catching headline writing will help you hit the ground running. Deliverables • One complete, ready-to-publish listing per property I send (initial batch of 5, then ad-hoc). • An up-to-date lead sheet, refreshed daily, with clean data and no duplicates. • A short end-of-week summary highlighting new listings created, total leads captured, and any issues encountered. I’ll onboard you with brand guidelines and give you access to the property folders, channel manager, and lead spreadsheet. Good written English, attention to detail, and responsive communication are essential—tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, or similar photo editors, and basic spreadsheet skills will be your day-to-day companions.
