Job Number – To be able to enter a number of choice
Client Name – Dropbox data base of clients
Job Description – Large amount of text
Estimated hours – 8 hrs, 16hrs, 24 hrs etc (increments of 8)
Staff Allocation – Dropbox to select staff names and to select more than 1 staff for jobs
Status – Dropbox to select Pending, Actioned, Scheduled, On Hold, In Progress, Completed etc (colour coded)
Comment – free text box to enter notes
If jobs can be picked and dragged onto a calendar with job number / client and staff names displayed
Calendar to be displayed to the right. Daily view, Weekly view and Monthly view options.
When job is completed and status is changed to completed – it is removed from scheduler.
