Remote Back Office Support Full Time

Job Description:

We are a well established commercial real estate firm that thrives in both the good and bad times. We are seeking a new team member (remote) to help with back office support for our brokerage division and internal property management division. Responsibilities include:

General updates and management of our CRM Tools

Keeping our current listings updated within the MLS systems

Communicating with our marketing design team to update brochures

Professional communication with our clients and vendors

Management of our contracts and deadlines

Assist with organization of online filing systems

Be the liaison between our tenants and vendors for repair related items

Complete a foreclosure research based on filed NEDs from January 1, 2023 to January 30, 2023.

List all properties that were foreclosed with a balance due above $400,000. Provide FC#, Grantor, Street, Balance Due and Status.

Our most frequently utilized applications include MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and Appfolio.

We need someone that is a good communicator (verbal and written skills), is well organized, can be proactive in learning our platforms with online education materials, is dedicated and wants to be a long-term team member.

We are looking for a full time remote worker and we are comfortable with in state or out of the country help. This is for Mountain Standard Time though we are flexible if someone can only work 5 hours per day within our time zone and wants to work the remaining hours outside of our time-zone.
