My long-term experience in the customer service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have experience as a Technical Support Representative for a cable company, as well as being a Customer Support for a telecom account and a business account. All in all, I have 8 years experience as Customer Support in the corporate world.
My most recent experience as a Customer Support is from a drop shipping business that handles shipments worldwide. Aside from answering customer’s emails thru Freshdesk and Facebook Messenger like asking information about the product, tracking orders, reporting broken/faulty items, asking for refund/replacement, I’m also an Order Fulfillment Expert from the same online store. I fulfill products everyday from Shopify and Aliexpress. We also pay the services of a logistics company to ship our products to different destinations worldwide. I communicate with the logistics company agent almost on a daily basis for questions, concerns, issues and to make sure everything runs smoothly. I use different tools and websites like Paypal, Stripe, Gmail, Freshdesk, Dropified, Skype, Snagit, Excel, Word, Docs, Sheets that goes along with my everyday tasks.
