I need someone to do both order processing(not the biggest job for now, but need time to learn the fulfilment centre we utilise).
And costumer service on the following platforms:
e-mail: mostly about orders, returns, defects, tracking, shipping times.
Instagram: answering DM from professional athletes to costumers and monitoring comments.
Facebook: same as mentioned above but mostly utilised to ask questions about product and orders as of it is connected to the website as well.
Hard for us now to indicate an exact amount of hours to be worked here as to start.
Most messages are either English or Dutch. Dutch messages will be handled by someone else. All other languages, mostly Spanish you will have to handle. You can politely ask to write in English if you don't speak Spanish.
We have a brand. But are looking to open several more stores. Please be open to work for those stores as well in beginning stages if you are still able to handle the work.
