Prepare newsletter information

I am creating a newsletter and need help compiling and editing multiple original sources of information into one edited document with multiple, short, newsletter entries or stories. I need someone with accurate and fast data entry skills. Strong writing skills are NOT required. We will be using Google Docs and Google Photos.
The original sources may be websites, photos of flyers, e-newsletters, and typed or handwritten notes. This information must be copied and edited into short entries of key information. The most important information to gather from the sources are: description, date, and contact info (name, title, and/or department and agency, phone, email, website). Occasionally, I may need a table of categories to accompany it, e.g. a list of locations, open times, and contact info for nearby service providers for some agency or type of help for residents. Sometimes additional research online may be required to obtain the key information if it is not provided in the source. Also, long URLs may need to be converted to tiny URLs at [login to view URL]
I will receive new information on a daily or near-daily basis within the next week or two depending on my client's needs. On some days there may only be one or two new sources, on others there could be 10 or so. Once the sources are received and put online, I need the information to be converted to the edited document within a couple of hours. The information may come at any time in the day or night, so I will need people available at different times of day and night.
